The Practice reports that are available in Reports Manager are listed below. If applicable, the names of the corresponding reports in the pre-migration version of Practice Management or Practice Advantage are also listed.

Determines how much billed receivables have accumulated by client per aging bucket, allowing you to see the client's open and historic (unpaid) accounts receivable. You can choose to subtotal finance charge separately. AR can be aged up to seven (7) user-defined intervals.

You can select to include or exclude the client's last bill date and bill amount as well as finance charge subtotals and grand totals.

Assists in reconciling other reports that have invoice/deposit dates and accounting period dates in different accounting periods. This report lists the AR activity for clients. The report can also be used to view only the sales tax generated for each client and each client's detailed AR activity or sales tax for the date range entered.

Accounts Receivable Collections AR Collections Not Available

Lists the outstanding invoices as of the final print ending date entered. The date and amount of the last payment for each client is also included.

Accounts Receivable Detail Aging AR Open Item AR Ledger (Detail and Summary Aging)

Includes open (unpaid) or unapplied (credits/debits) accounts receivable. The report shows a balance forward from the starting date entered and detail of all unpaid/unapplied AR transactions after the balance forward to the ending date entered. Balance forward is calculated based on the date range entered and only includes nonhistoric AR. If a date range is not selected, balance forward is not used.

You can select to include or exclude finance charge subtotals and grand totals.

Accounts Receivable Payments and Credits AR Cash Receipts Report

Payments and Adjustments

Shows posted and/or unposted payments and credits for the date range entered. You have the choice of selecting a report that shows payments only, credits only, or a combination of both. You can also select to include posted and unposted transactions, or only posted or only unposted transactions.

Accounts Receivable Reconciliation AR Reconciliation

AR Reconciliation

Lists all AR activity for a given period, showing a beginning AR balance for each client as of the start date of the report and detailed AR activity for the period entered. The report has a column for each type of activity for each client. This report can be used to reconcile accounts receivable activity for the period.
Accounts Receivable Register AR Register Payments and Adjustments

Allows you to identify any errors before posting AR transactions or provides you with a permanent record of the transactions posted.

Accounts Receivable Voids and Corrections

Shows invoice transactions prior to posting, allowing you to review and correct invoices prior to posting. This also gives you a permanent record of the posting transaction. You can select to include only reversed invoices or only non-reversed invoices in the report. For non-reversed invoices, you can select to include staff and service code detail for the WIP on invoices.

Includes the hours, WIP amounts, and the cost and profit for staff who did work for another office within the firm. Selecting to include only the staff who performed work for another office within the transaction period, removes any $0.00 intracompany costs from the report.

You can also select to include WIP that is billed, unbilled, or both billed and unbilled.

The default grouping for this report is by project office and staff office. Or you can select to group by client office and staff office. You cannot group this report by both project office and client office. If you select to group by client office, the client office detail replaces the project office detail in the report.

Invoice Number Status Invoice Number Status Not Available Shows all invoices by number order to track the status of each invoice number. This report can be printed for all invoices regardless of whether they are posted, un-posted, reversed, or available for assignment.
Invoice Paragraphs List Not Available Billing Paragraphs List Lists the invoice paragraphs that are set up in Invoice and Statement Content Manager. The list includes the name of the paragraph, paragraph narrative, name of the individual who created the related paragraph, the language, and the default amount.
